Куриный суп с картофелем и зеленью

📃 Состав

▶️ Куриные бедра — 2 штуки
▶️ Картофель — 4 штуки
▶️ Морковь — 1 штука
▶️ Лук — 1 штука
▶️ Укроп — по вкусу
▶️ Петрушка — по вкусу
▶️ Соль — щепотка
▶️ Лапша — 300 г
▶️ Лавровый лист — 3 штуки
▶️ Молотый черный перец — по вкусу
▶️ Специи — по вкусу

1) Налить воду в кастрюлю (половину кастрюли) и довести до кипения.
2) Взять 2 куриных бедра, промыть.
3) Вымыть, почистить и нарезать овощи: 4 картофеля, 1 морковь (натереть на крупной терке), 1 луковицу, зелень.
4) Когда вода закипит, выложить бедра и посолить.
5) Поджарить лук.
6) Когда лук немного подрумянится, добавить в сковороду морковь.
7) В бульон с бедрами добавить картофель.
8) Достать из бульона бедра, дать им остыть.
9) Добавить в бульон смесь поджаренных лука и моркови. Добавить лапшу.
10) По необходимости добавить в бульон воду (желательно горячую).
11) Добавить в бульон лавровый лист.
12) Снять шкурку с остывшего мяса, нарезать и добавить обратно в бульон.
13) Поперчить, добавить специи и зелень.
