Friday evening will see a scattering of ketchup over freshly whipped 💨 up skin on fries, followed by a Saturday morning of hot ☀️tea or coffee and a brisk breakfast Burrito (served open) with Chorizo, fried egg, halloumi, lettuce, salsa, tzatziki served on a warm tortilla wrap 😆 🌯🥙 leading on to a mild front of Lunch with Paella and a side. Sunday is more of the same but cooler in the drinks department with light Aperol Spritz .

This is definitely not nothing! 😆🤩

Just a bit of history… behind this delicious 🤤 drink.

In 1954, University of Puerto Rico Professor Ramon López Irizarry invented a new, improved method for the extraction of coconut cream.

He patented the process and created Coco López, a sweet, creamy coconut cream, which was used in the invention of the Piña Colada in Puerto Rico.
This product, sold today as Cream of Coconut, is widely available around the world, and is most commonly used to make the cocktail !
