Introducing Nisse our General Manager! Originally from Finland, Nisse moved to the UK 12 years ago. Now Captain of the ship here at Forgans, Nisse has been with us since February this year. A seasoned St. Andrews veteran he has spent years working at Gleneagles Hotel, The Fairmont, and The Rusacks.

His favourite dish on the menu is a medium rare Ribeye Steak with fries and chimichurri sauce, and his favourite cocktail is an old fashioned - but his favourite tipple is a nice pint of lager. 🍺
