One of our lads has been busy on a new private job in Fradswell. Whilst the sun was shining away last week, he used a Mulcher Excavator attachment to clear grounds ready for a pond to be created 🌞🚜

Our lads have been working extra hard in Leicester.

We have filled all the smaller holes in at the 7 storey refurb. We are now focusing on the larger holes, placing metal deck reinforcement in before we concreted over the top.

No building is to high for us to work on.

With Starbucks open and running,
Dunkin Donuts and Wendy's UK having the final jobs being done.
We seriously cant wait for everything to be finished.
We have thoroughly enjoyed doing this job with the land orgnially being untouched for years and now having nearly all 3 retailers open and running is a great achievement.

After a few quiet months we are back working on starbucks!! A Little Bit of Stone

Here we are working alongside National Grid and C**t Technology services, installing a pump main and lowering over 20 existing live services to the correct depth.
This will enable us to construct a new footpath which shall run alongside the A34.

We have alot of progress at Derby with starbucks open to the public. ☕️📢
Wendy's we have a building and the drivethrough is taking shape with the slabs going down tomorrow 🍔🧱
Dunkin Donuts the steel framework has started to go up today. 🍩🏗

Here we have reinforcement mesh which has been put down for the foundations of the Wendy's Drive through at Derby.

The reinforcement is laid in areas which experience heavy loads.

Concrete is then poured over the steel mesh, as it sets it bonds the two together making the floor strong and resilient 💪👷‍♂️

Here at RMJ we also offer tree works with our qualified Arborist Martin. Here we have Martin chipping trees from some of our tree removals 🌳🪚

That is it Starbucks Glapwell DT is open and running for buisness and obviously couldn't turn down the chance to go get a lovely ice cold coffee on a day like today ☕️☀️ RMJ and the lads have done so much work getting this old pub turned into a functioning Drive through Starbucks. !

Derby is making some big progress with the tarmac for the starbucks down. Our lads have also started the foundations of Wendys fast food restaurant which will be located next door to Starbucks.

The lads at Glapwell have been working so hard, to get all the kerbs in for the soon to be starbucks. As you can see there has been alot of ground to clear and level out we are impressed with how well the lads are doing

The Modular building for Starbucks in Derby have landed

Over the past couple of weeks the lads have been getting Derby ready for our first modular building to make its way in.🏗

Here you can see the shuttering process, this is the process of giving stability and support to concrete before it is set.
Due to the concrete setting around the reinforcement bars it makes the concrete much stronger ensuring it shouldn't crack bend or stretch ready for our first modular building which has arrived this morning!!!

Here at Brereton Way in stafford we have done some lovely block paving for a carpark extension. 🧱

We have been a little quite recently, but are now getting all our jobs back up and running smoothly and getting the office back in tip top shape.

In these past weeks the lads have been busy at Derby installing the stormflo pipe. These are classed as the environmental choice as they are made to last and the pipes being manufactured using recycled PE plastic. ♻️
