Our all new, sourdough Kvass - a beer inspired by infamous orange wine spritz, brewed with sourdough, mango, turmeric, orange & lemon zest, orange juice, lemongrass & galangal.

Natural wine available by the glass.
Beer snacks by Yellowhammer.

Due to literally no demand whatsoever, we're thrilled to announce the return of our Stocktoberfest this September!

We're still working out the details, but suffice to say it will involve a heap of German / European inspired beers (including a few new collaborations) + extra special food offering from & some other local food heroes.

There's talk of beer cheese & pretzels AND link-ups with a couple of other local beery joints too - so pop the date on the calendar & tell your friends.

We invited Liam & Laura to come up with something to mix with our new Raspberry & Preserved Lemon Sour & they've done brilliantly - bringing the sweet refreshment of a vanilla cream soda to the Panaché party.

Scotch Bonnet & Mango Sour

We've slightly reworked a beer we first made with Lou & Hannah of back in 2019 & then played around with in collaboration with for last year's Mangolorian.

This latest iteration remains intense with fruity mango, but we've upped the chilli for added acidity & extra zip to create a greater contrast & fruity warmth in the beer.

Still beautifully balanced (it's not a dare!) between fruit & a hint of chilli heat - this beer takes you to the tropics & pairs well with things like jerk BBQ, beef tacos, or Thai papaya salad.

Launching this week in trade AND at the taproom - the penultimate beer in our Greatest Hits series to celebrate our tenth birthday at the end of the month.

Shandy Panachë - 10th Birthday edition.

We've been making Shandy with since 2016 so picked one of our favourite mixes for this year's first batch.

We've mixed Steep's Lime, Mint & Cucumber Soda with our Unfruited Gose - for a Shandy that tastes like a juicy Key Lime Pie's had relations with a salty Margarita in a field of cucumbers.

Fruity, cool & refreshing - it's a unique beer / soda hybrid that, at 2.2% abv is as good in the hills as it is in the beer garden.

Available on draught & in cans at the taproom this weekend & part of our 10th birthday selection box - available to pre-order now for shipping at the end of May!

To celebrate we'll be releasing a Greatest Hit from our repertoire each week up until our 10th Birthday Celebration at the end of the month!

First up....

Manchester's Best - our homage to a famous Mancunian classic is back!

Based on a 1970s recipe, we've reworked this pale, bitter beer for 2024 sensibilities.

On here at the taproom from 3pm Thursday & heading out to our friends in the trade from tomorrow.

Look out for something Colombian in keg & bottle next week too.
