Pangea Restaurant is a renowned dining destination known for its exquisite cuisine and exceptional service. Our establishment prides itself on creating memorable experiences for our guests, and we are looking for dedicated and professional front of house staff to join our team.

▪️Job Description▪️
We are seeking an experienced Front of House team member who will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until they leave. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid UK driving license.

▪️Key Responsibilities▪️
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Ensure a smooth flow of service by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
- Assist with serving food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Provide support for events and private functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- Assist on Takeaway deliveries when required

▪️Requirements:▪️
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- A valid UK driving license is essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
