Tandoori Chicken, will be available on the new hot food menu both as a starter dish, main course meal or shredded off the bone tandoori masala 👌

UPDATE: Later this year I shall be switching to a hot food takwaway (likely to be 4 evenings a week Thursday to Sunday) I shall have a dedicated waiting room (no waiting on a doorstep 😀) and no pre order will be required although it is encouraged for large orders, popular nights ie Sat! Or if you require a specific time, the page and menu will be redesigned for this with new choices and of course the munch boxes (3 sizes including a mega 20 inch one!)
I shall likely keep the option to pre order and collect chilled food going for now and if still popular I will run both options with pickups being the same as they are now on chilled meals.

I am going to start by just opening through this page and seeing how things go, as I am only a 1 man band with the help of my amazing partner Penny as assistant and server we can only cater for so many per night compared to a large takeaway/restaurant, we may choose to go through Deliveroo at a later time but hopefully we can stay soley here as that will keep the prices good (deliveroo and others take so much % upto 40% plus VAT if using there drivers) so if you could give me some feedback on if this is of interest to you and share with your friends to build up this page so you can all have a place to follow and order through each week without using the big food apps that would be great for all of us..

To begin with it will be collection only but I may choose to take on a driver in the near future for the weekends, as currently it will be cash or card payments, opening times likely to be 5pm to 23:00pm (last orders by 22:30pm)

Makhani Gravy, authentically made with only fresh ingredients including 3kg of Roma tomatoes, cooked down slowly then triple passed to become as smooth as silk, butter and cream is added when putting the curry together, if you are a tikka masala lover and fancy a change then I recommend my butter chicken off the specials menu 👌👨‍🍳

As many of you know I currently supply my curries in reusable plastic containers which are suitable for microwave reheating, recently I have been contemplating changing over to foil ones (just for the curries) to enable my customers to reheat in their ovens, this is appealing when there are a few curries to heat up at the same time, I personally prefer reheating in a oven over using microwave, although the microwave does provide convenience to most..

Instead I have decided to offer you the choice upon placing your orders, so simply let me know Plastic or Foils when sending over your orders.

I shall be updating my menu shortly with some new curry additions so I will add this info in short to it to remind you to mention which type of container you require.

Both the plastics or foils freeze fine, reheating guidelines for both will be supplied with your orders.

Rice will continue to be supplied in plastic only..

Available to order off the menu from next week, Named ‘Some Like it HOT’ a wonderfully flavoursome curry, with a unique mix of ingredients that I have put together, don’t be put off by the name, it’s around the spice level of a Jalfrezi/Madras.. 👌🔥
Recommend as a Chicken Tikka dish, although it can be made with King Prawn, Paneer or Mixed Vegetable..
