Dot and dab boards on + plastering ceiling

And tiling

There is just two of us who do it all so there’s no need to wait round on other trades to get the job done.

With it being Valentine’s Day I may aswell treat you to a recent project!

So chimney breast out - stud wall in for walk in shower.
Toilet moved to the other side the room plied first then boarded to stop tiles flexing and cracking with it being a floating toilet.
Radiator moved on to another wall so you can collect your towel on the way out the shower.

Tiled all round, walls and floor as the customer wanted,
Plasterd cieling and other side the stud
Wardrobe made out of birch face ply,

Floor put back down everywhere staying spotless like we were never there!..

First post of the new year!
A recent bathroom we did and the results are amazing..

We did put the skirting round after but I forgot to take a picture.

here is a bathroom recently finished…
We have stripped the old bathroom back.
Put new pipe work in re boarded and plasterd the cieling,
Built the window wall out to make the tray size and create a useable window sill
Boarded the room and tiled,
Fitted shower tray, glass, vanity units,radiator etc go through pictures to see end results!

We run one job at a time from start to finish
We don’t have to wait on any other trades.

Good evening !
Here we have an old system boiler that had had its day! As it’s rotten through on the burn chamber.

So
What we did was upgraded to a combi boiler and moved it out of the kitchen and into the bathroom out the way where the customer wanted it..

We are extremely busy but squeezing little jobs in here and there when we finish ahead of schedule as they matter just as much.. 😁

15 oak doors fitted not to long ago! …
It’s amazing the difference a change of door makes.

Been mega busy so haven’t really had the time to post but here is a bathroom that we have completed recently!
Here’s how it went!
Remove existing bathroom back to brick,
Put stud wall up where old shower was and cut a door frame in the other side to create another room for towels etc,
All first fix plumbing, hot , cold heating and waste.
Pump fitted as the water flow in the bathroom wasn’t the best(forgot to take a picture)
Dot and dab room out with plaster boards and moisture ones in shower area.
Making all the walls flat and level for the tiles ,
Ceilings and walls plastered and
Vanity units fitted
Bath, shower ,shower tray , radiators, toilet fitted ,
Door, door frame, architrave and skirting fitted..
Mirror and all bathroom accessories fitted.

There is just two of us who run one job at a time! And don’t leave until the job is complete.. we do all the works.. we are taking bookings for April time if anybody would like a free quote for any job really as we cover most things..

We was only half way through the job before we got the camera out.
As you can see not all the room tiled as paint can change the look of the room so you can always switch it up without removing the bathroom giving it a fresh look…

Here we have some pre finished oak vaneer doors from howdens.. adding a new fresh look to your home.

Good evening .. it’s been a while since we've posted as we have been completely snowed under which is great!

However, here is a recent bathroom that we've been working on.

All tiles off back to brick or stud. ☑️
Plumbing first fix shower, sink, toilet and radiator☑️
Re-board room making a flat and even surface all round ☑️
Made a stud to make the wall on the right go down to the floor so the wall hung sink can be re-positioned there.☑️
Put cement board down over the floorboards so that when the tiles go down the grout doesn’t crack over time.☑️
Tiled the walls and floors + grouted ☑️
Fitted the shower tray, surround, shower, toilet, vanity unit and radiator.

We removed the panels off to find tiles and foam behind.
Boarded the back wall in moisture board and patched in the other walls.

Panelled the ceiling
Fitted bath panel,
New radiator,
New shower,
And tiled + grouted the bath/shower area

*Completed works*

A door and frame made to cover an opening.

A couple of Louvre doors as the old ones had deteriorated.

A sink fitted , splash back tiled and all pipe work boxed in. Pipe work was already there we just tidied it up for the customer.

We are taking bookings for next year *homever* if it’s only a small job we may be able to fit it in before Christmas.
