Well this morning I've been out playing Santa, delivering Xmas drinks to my regular customers who always use ABG Property Maintenance & Repairs 24/7 and I return home to find an Xmas gift from a very thankful customer who I've never actually met in person as they live in Ireland but they needed my help when lockdown happened and I assisted in bringing there empty commercial property up to the highest standard and now its a thriving and very popular business again,,
This thank you letter and money send to me and my family for Xmas will go towards taking my girls for a lovely meal.. It never stops amazing me on just how much damage this weather is doing to peoples properties, from roof leaks to pipe bursts, I've been doing roof after roof in all kinds of weather at the moment and at short notice to,, its not nice but someone has to fix what others can't, but with a bit of luck we'll soon have some better weather 🤞feel free to call me ABG Property Maintenance & Repairs 24/7 anytime or recommend me to someone who needs help fast they'll appreciate it and probably buy you a beer to thank you too 😀

Happy Tuesday everyone

Yesterday I got this email from a customer I do lots of jobs for, they forwarded a thank you email that one of there tenants sent to them, When I do jobs for other companies I work to the highest level and always keep very professional and represent both my company and the company I do the repaires for with the highest of service. Seeing this feed back really makes all the work we do for people worth it.

A good piece of advice to anyone who's thinking of build a new build,, check, check,, and double check every single inch of the property before you even think of leaving a deposit,, if you don't know what your doing then get a surveyor or me to check it out for you.. these properties are brand new and sub standard, and I get called out to bring them up to standard

It's been a very busy day of putting sub standard work right and repairing lots peoples issues, to be honest there's nothing more satisfying than helping to fix people's problems its what we love to do,, ABG

Big job Broken out

ABG's latest kitchen finished to the highest level of craftsmanship, our customer came to us after having three previous sub standard kitchens from there other firms who never took the customers view in consideration,
We were asked to install this kitchen as a final forever kitchen one that will last for any years to come, We totally stripped the electrics and plumbing out and upgraded the wiring and plumbing to accommodate all of the extra appliances that were going into this project, there were a few issues with the original design that came to our attention as we started the first fix of the units and this gave ABG a chance to change the design for the better creating a more functional kitchen with even more storage and accessibility to appliances, other changes were made mid build like hand making an extra tall unit to house non integrated washing machine and tumble dryer this then made every appliance in the kitchen completely integrated, we made an amazing feature out of the chimney where we installed a five ringed ceramic hob and we added extra shelving either side of the pan drawers keeping the lines of the kitchen clean and more practical, the Belfast sink was a really nice feature and I minimised all of the plumbing to keep the base unit clean and creating even more storage space, the composite work tops were very challenging to cut even with all of the high end tools that we have to do the work with it wasnt easy to cut the draining board and biscuit joint the work top joints but we got there and the results were amazing.

This was a plumbing repaire that i did a couple of days ago after another plumbing firm had been out twice and failed to fix the issue causing water to leak into the properties below and then the cold weather had frozen the water,
The float valve to the vented water cylinder needed replacing but because it was difficult to get to, it had just been botched and bent to make a quick fix but not to completely solve the issue.
So the customer got intouch with ABG and we sorted it easily.

This weather is causing so much damage to peoples roofs and chimneys and no surprise there was rain water leaking down into the customers houses, if you or anyone you know have leaking roofs and can't find anyone to sort your problems please recomend us ABG.

Another couple of leaking roofs fixed today and a lovely view of the Bosley cloud where I like to run when I can,
I love my job its so rewarding fixing customers problems x

Yesterday was a very busy day, Two roof repaires in Congleton, One roof repaire in Biddulph, One roof repaire in leek. Horrible pipework correction in congleton and replacing a twin shower pump, I replaced and adaptable Electrics box in Stafford and ended the day repairing an alpha combi boiler by replacing the PCB board on the control panel.

There's no better feeling than fixing problems for people in there time of need makes my work so rewarding.
