IMPORTANT INFORMATION about tonight's Family Bonfire and Fireworks Display at Stourton Park:

Would everyone attending tonight’s Family Bonfire and Firework Display please note the following IMPORTANT information:

• Please DO NOT bring SPARKLERS or your own FIREWORKS to the event. In the interests of health and safety, they are NOT PERMITTED at the venue.

• STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL to be brought into the venue.

• The BONFIRE CAR PARK ENTRANCE is situated 200yds from the main Club Entrance, towards the Stewponey.

• LIMITED BLUE BADGE parking is available at the main Club entrance - PLEASE ENSURE YOUR BLUE BADGE IS CLEARLY VISIBLE TO AID WITH SMOOTH TRAFFIC FLOW.

• THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR TAXI DROP OFF - we would therefore ask that taxis drop off at a suitable point away from the Club.

• There’s NO children’s disco in the clubhouse as in previous years. A DJ will will be playing music outside throughout the event.

• Payment can be made on the night. However, tickets are still available from Harris Butchers in Wollaston Village.

YOUR CO-OPERATION WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED to aid in a safe and enjoyable night for everyone involved.

Christmas Fayre this Sunday 6th December!!! A great way to start to festive season with a real Christmassy buzz around the clubhouse - NOT TO BE MISSED!

Volunteers are always welcome to run the Club's stalls.

The Under 14s are running the cake stall and are looking for Mary Berry quality donations (or Mr. Kipling will do) for them to sell.

The Under 16s are running the Bottle Tombola - so donations of the sherry that's gathering dust would be most welcome - unopened bottles only please!
