When ‘bolt on’ parts just don’t bolt on…
Lovey little mini that’s been in with us this week to make its exhaust all work. We used the customer supplied rear box and manifold and made a new mid pipe to make it all work perfectly.
Proper in recently. This nova came to us for for a new axle back system to join onto his existing stainless system.
A much larger box and 3” tip was required so he can now hear the roar of the throttle body’s.
Cracker of a little MG Midget in today. Not the biggest job in the world 👀 Rather than going under the axle like the existing exhaust did, we just did a simple modification to take it up and over the rear beam.
If in doubt, slap a v8 in the front.
MGB in for mirrored log manifolds and side pipes. A nice creative change is always welcomed.

Full 2.5 inch system, nice big silencer to keep it within track DB limits. But with some added flair of being fully pie cut.
Ford ‘Woody’ in with us recently for a fully system. Keeping it as original as possible, just out of stainless so it lasts the lifetime of the vehicle.

came to us with a list of jobs. Make a new downpipe with attached screamer pipe, to fit the existing exhaust we made last year. Modify an existing boost pipe to work and loose some unnecessary outlets. Then finally make a fresh boost pipe for the turbo side.

This was in for an adjustment to its exiting manifold to gain some ground clearance and then a resonated system from there on.
One from this morning. in for a 3” test pipe back exhaust linking up to the existing can. And also adding a o2 sensor boss to the existing test pipe.
One from today. Supper clean . This car was in for a 200cell sports cat and new resonator.

It’s amazing what a few reference pictures and quality communication with the customer throughout the build you can achieve. A few tweaks along the way and a little back a forth but a quality product was achieved.
The mad man tha is of came in to us a few weeks back with his powered for a switch up.
We started the system with a monster of a 3.5” downpipe transitioning into a full oval exhaust system. Given how low his car is we busted out the oval tube and oval pie cuts to gain some much needed ground clearance.

Old school cool on a Tuesday. Lovely in for a full manifold back system.
Slightly different to usual, unfortunately this customer had been let down by numerous other shops and they’d butchered his existing system and components. The brief was to salvage as much as we could but by no means compromise the quality of the end product.
Started the week on this car. It was in for a manifold and link pipe to the existing silencer.
The customer was suffering with ground clearance so we opted for an over the gearbox setup.
