Just had to go and get my last cake from Weston's Bakery Sudbury , I'm going to miss them.

A birthday cake for this weekend, top tier is chocolate and the bottom tier is vanilla.

A cake l made for my granddaughter's birthday, vanilla sponge and buttercream.

This is the wedding cake l was lucky enough to make for my brothers wedding yesterday. 3 tiers and 3 layers in each, the top and bottom are vanilla sponge and buttercream and the middle one is chocolate sponge and buttercream all covered in ivory fondant that is vanilla flavoured. The stand was also made by me.

A nice vanilla sponge, buttercream and fondant cake. 3x 7 inch cakes stacked up to create a big beer mug cake topped with marshmallows for my son's 30th birthday.

Job done. I can make macarons.

Just had to have another go at doughnuts and this time, success.

3 layers of chocolate sponge with peanut butter swiss meringue buttercream inside and out with reese's peanut butter cups set in chocolate ganache with reese's peanut butter chips in the ganache. Happy birthday Julie tomorrow.
