This is Hannah’s story ❣️ our Woman of the Year 2024 Bethany City church 9.30 session .
My journey started in 2017 when I was told I needed an operation which might not be successful if I didn’t lose weight . I had a daughter aged 5 so I knew I had to do something to make sure I was ok . At that point I weighed 19st 5 and a size 24 . I decided to join slimming world and on my 1st week I lost 7lbs I was hooked ! In 51 weeks I’d lost 9 1/2 stone . Then Covid hit , I fell pregnant with my little boy Frazier and regained some weight . Then in January I returned to group .. I picked up where I’d left off and I’m now nearly back to 7 1/2 stone weight loss . Slimming world is a life saver and with the support of the Group and Gill I’m getting back to where I want to be .. Hannah ❣️

Same dress but the difference being 1 1/2 stone … Sara hit her Target weight this morning at St Gabriel’s returning to pre baby weight . Confidence raised and a new job too … super proud of you 🥰

My best friend started SW at the beginning of January. I wanted to lose the weight I’d gained having not been able to exercise due to knee and hip issues and eating badly. So with some encouragement I put on my ‘big girl pants’ and joined 😀
I can honestly say that it has been a life changer. The pain has gone and I’m exercising again.
I am eating so much healthier thanks to the great SW tasty recipes.
The whole plan is easy to follow and you pick up lots of tips from Gill and the other lovely members in the group. Gill is a joy to be around.join us tomorrow at 8.00,9.30 or 11am 💕
