Staying safe and well in wintry weather - NHS South West London Integrated Care Board South west London’s top doctor has outlined a few simple steps for people to take to keep themselves and their loved ones safe and well in cold weather.
Flu spreads more easily in winter and can hit children hard. Help them to defend themselves with a quick and easy nasal vaccine spray. If you have a child who was aged 2 or 3 on 31 August contact your GP practice to book their vaccine.
