Sad that yet again today, ( the day of Sutton Green community fair), I’ve had my favourite neighbour coming to the café challenge us and my costumers in a manner not so nice and with language I wouldn’t dare mention.
To see his targeted behaviour towards a particular community is even more sad.

The reason Gosto Fino/Sutton Green Cafe is a safe place, where kids can play and enjoy their youth, because everyone keeps together as a community, and this is the most important.

So, this is statement we never wanted to make. We opened pre-Covid, we fought Covid, we survived winter where we hardly make any money but keep the place open 7 days a week to support the Sutton Green.
Three years of absolute hard work and investment to get to where we are today.

The last few months have been our busiest to date, new faces each day, regulars from day one who meet week after week. Babies born, and grown. Birthday parties, baby showers, our canine friends and celebrations varied

But the only thing we can’t fight is the intention of one or more local’s intent in closing us down by any means necessary.

For this reason, I’m asking for your help by writing your sincere comments about this community café.

Slowly but surly we are becoming a hub at the Multi-Cultural Sutton community.
