Despite the very British weather last Tuesday, Alice was still smiling when she attended The Kings Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.

Jane the MOTB came to me with her beautiful dress with the underlay in peach.
Once we found a hatinator to match the silver of her dress I purchased some peach feathers to bring it all together and I think the outcome was very successful and bespoke for her 👏🏼

What could be more fabulous than celebrating a BIG birthday at Royal Ascot and keeping with the black and black and white colour palette 🖤⚪️

I love it when a client comes along looking for an exact colour match to her dress and together we find it 👏🏼

The text message said “looking for green or orange”……..left with hot pink 😂👏🏼💕

I’ve just returned from this millinery event and had a lovely catch up with the Queen of millinery,Rachel Trevor-Morgan.
Plus, quite unexpectedly, a little something jumped into a hat box and has come home with me 😂

I suggested this sea green one to pick out the foliage on her dress 💕

In fact she loved it so much she wanted to buy it….but rest assured it’s still with me 👍🏼

3 of my clients today came along with past clients as their “ask a friend”.
It was a complete, but wonderful, surprise to me but it’s fabulous to know that so many clients come along after recommendations.

I was contacted early evening yesterday by Caroline who has just received an invite to The Kings Garden Party at Buckingham Palace today and anywhere to get a piece of headwear was closed….except for me!
Fortunately I was able to help her out 👍🏼💕

Jacky (MOTB) came along to see me with this stunning dress. We both agreed that this red orange one was the best colour option for this eye-catching palette 👏🏼🥰

I had the pleasure of helping 2 sisters choose their pieces for the Kings garden party at Buckingham Palace next week. They’re going to look fabulous 👏🏼

Lisa is wearing a similar dress to this one, with black bow shoes for Epsom Derby, so it seemed only fitting to choose a polka dot hatinator which has bows at the back.

Sue is known for loving purple so naturally came along with her purple dress with swirls of green.
She fell in love with this one and so then I suggested adding 3 green feathers to tie her whole look together 💜💚

The red one was to match her red dress with black shoes and clutch.

The navy one was to coordinate with her white dress as the piping on it is white and will be accessorised with navy shoes and clutch 👏🏼

My next two clients are of to Epsom Derby.
First one being worn with black column dress, so the orange adds that “pop” of colour.
Second one being worn with a lace apricot dress so colour and lace detail match. 👍🏼

The first two of the eight appointments for today done for the MOTG.
Both complimented their stunning dresses beautifully by picking up on one of the colours in their dresses
