I was out shopping the other day and bumped into an amazing soul that I hadn’t seen for over 4 years!
We were chatting and others were manoeuvring around us! We were meant to meet, we were meant to reconnect. How the universe works always inspires me x

Apologies I won’t be teaching Saturday 9th March online, I came back from India and the gift I received was a nasty chest infection. I@am listening to my body and resting. So sorry. I trust I will be back on the mat soon.

This earth 🌍 is not here for humans to just discard their rubbish on beaches, in woodlands or even down remote lanes. Grrrr
I have seen about 3 bags full of rubbish I imagine thrown from car windows this afternoon.

The sea mist and the fog on the Gower this afternoon, but what a delight to see the horses/ponies in the distance.

The power of the moon. I drove home this evening guided by the power of the moon. I felt the guidance so incredible x

What are you grateful for today?
I am grateful for the amazing day I have had, teaching Kundalini Yoga online this morning, followed by offering an Ayurvedic treatment to a beautiful soul, then taking time to be in nature, and meditate.
