It is with much regret that I have taken the difficult decision to stop practicing massage therapy with immediate effect. Sadly, balancing this in the evenings alongside a full time job is catching up with me and getting harder to maintain.

I would like to thank every single person who has supported me on my journey over the last 3 years and if I have managed to get just one of you out of pain, it has all been worth it!

For ongoing treatments, I can strongly recommend my colleagues and friends Tamara Howard - Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist , elysia.sports.therapy and Clare Goringe Massage Therapy . All are fantastic at what they do and lovely people who I am sure will be able to help you going forward.

We are working with the University of Bath on an important research study looking into knee osteoarthritis.

We’re looking for adults aged between 45-69 years old who are
diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis to take part in a research project employing gait retraining to reduce knee pain and osteoarthritis progression.

What is involved?
- Body measurement and knee questionnaire
- Instrumented treadmill walking retraining
- Overground walking, stair climbing and sit-to-stand assessment

This is so true and exactly the reason why I have expanded my treatment toolkit to not just sports massage to treat the physical, but also hot and cold stones massage, indian head massage and reiki to treat the mind also. One feeds the other and it is so important to treat both in equal measure!

A lot of the aches and pains that we experience and feel we need to see the doctor about are usually muscular in origin and easily treatable with massage therapy.

You dont need to be sporty to benefit from a sports massage. A sports massage is just firmer than a traditional relaxation, spa style massage and focusses on treating tight and dysfunctional muscles!

I offer a range of treatments including sports massage, deep tissue massage, hot and cold stones massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping and reiki treatments!
