A huge thank you to the amazing who stripped it back and raised the roof in our place today. It was a sweat box, it was cramped, we saw it, we heard it, we sung along, it was beautiful.
Massive shout out to our incredible support act tonight who had us all in her hands. What a night.
After a stunning weekend of live musical mayhem (Not Dead Yet Festival was bonkers!) we are back to it again this week with two more amazing shows!

LIVE MUSIC IS BACK TONIGHT!
After a little summer break we have a very special treat lined up for the first Thursday Night Music Club of the season as we come in with a bang!
Hybrid Kid is the longstanding project of singer/songwriter Danny Lloyd. The band has been pushing the envelope for a few years now, producing 2 albums and a good few EPs of sharp-edged, wild and unpredictable indie-punk garage rock. We get a solo one-man-band version with all the kooky riffs, hooky choruses and mind-expanding vibes, but less people.
Music kicks off at 8.30pm and as usual entry is free but bring some cash for the artists tip-jar.
Can't wait to have live music back! See you later!
Ed’s not dead yet so to celebrate that he is still very much alive and turning 21 again, we have are having an all day Ed Fest!!
We have booked an Oasis tribute band to play non stop all day just for him…..only joking, the man himself has asked all his favourite musicians to play at The Tupp and everyone is invited 🙌🏻
So pop in, buy him a beer and sing Happy Birthday to the big man!
The summer break is nearly over, and we have a pretty stacked line up of music for the Thursday Night Music Club. So much so we have given it it's own poster....
Plus of course our Sunday Social sessions, Not Dead Yet Festival and The Swindon Shuffle ...
There is some amazing live music coming up as part of our Sunday Social season.... mostly chilled, mostly once a month, always amazing!
Band gaining international reputation playing The Tupp? Ok, we can do that....
Last few gaps to be filled in the 2024 schedule here at the Tupp. Get in touch with Ed....
Tonight's live music is the last session before a little summer break - so get on down and enjoy a fantastic acoustic set from local indie-country-folk-rock heroes The Shudders!
What's more, there is the added bonus of the irrepressible Jol Rose music playing an opening set!
Music from 8.30pm. Entry free but do bring cash for the artists tip-jar.
Tonight's live music features the return of Tuppenny favourites Fly Yeti Fly with their luscious folk harmonies.

Tomorrow evening we once again host the Swindon Shuffle music quiz.
Paj is away, so carnage is bound to ensue as Ed is flying solo.... and has invited Jim Blair to join him for a live intro's round....
Will we never learn?
Anyway, register 5.30pm, 6 o'clock kick-off. Max teams of 6, £2 per person to enter (all going to Prospect Hospice)
Don't forget folks, The Tuppenny is a screen-free zone, so come and relax with high-end beverages and good company in comfort away from shouty people in nylon shirts.
And if exposure to UV light and fresh air is an issue, we are also a safe haven away from that pesky sunshine and outdoorsy stuff...
Tonight The Thursday Night Music Club brings to town the fantastic Joe Kelly with his dustbowl-dry, haunted blues and country songs.
This evening we get two sets - firstly Joe solo, then he will bring his band, The Royal Pharmacy to the stage to flesh things out with three-part vocal harmonies and atmospheric guitar and keyboard textures.
Mercurial and spellbinding in equal measure, both versions of the Joe Kelly live experience shouldn't be missed.
Music starts at 8.30pm. Entry is free but bring some cash for the artists tip jar.
Event details - Joe Kelly & The Royal Pharmacy
Tonight's Thursday Night Music Club features the long awaited return of the amazing Ma Polaine's Great Decline (in trio format with drummer this time).
