And it's Friday! Today I've been with the lovely Donna Nelson clean and tidy of her home, collections of her teddy's and done gonks she's made. Holiday chats and lots of laughs.

Coffee mornings and lunches this week with some other clients. Also me and archie found a new place for coffee and cake which I will be trying out with some clients next week.

Night shift over! Now to spend the day with my boys and hopefully a little nap 🤣

Our client has serious health issues and had been struggling to keep on top of cleaning and organising their home. Like many of the people we speak to, they thought that only ‘care’ related support was available and were unaware of the variety of other support services that could be accessed.

Micro-Providers are self-employed people who provide a range of different support services, such as cleaning, shopping, gardening and helping a client to make social connections within their community.

CCS grant funding was used to set-up a support package, where our Village Agent matched the client with a local Micro-Provider - knowing that the two would get on well and the client would receive the level of support needed to improve their wellbeing.

3 cleans, hairdresser appointment, lunch out and some gardening!

What a day,

Started off with a dog walk..

Car was in the garage so today's shift was on foot! Glad the ☀ was shining!

First was a tidy and a catch up with one of my lovely ladies, who's smashing her weightloss and I'm very proud!

Then hour walk to the next one 🤣 where we took advantage of the ☀ again and walked to go eat some lunch with of course...ice cream!

So lucky I have the clients I have. Thursdays I have 3 clients all 2 hours/1hour and domestic. Everyone have made sure I'm ok where I'm meant to be looking after them lol fans out and cold drinks 💕

Six weeks have been hard juggling work and the kids so thank you to all my clients for being kind and patient with me.

I am putting pen to paper in order to emphatically praise the hard work and dedication we have received from Jessica's Homecare. Jess has worked tirelessly to make sure my mother ( currently aged 95) has had the help and attention required enabling her to stay in her own house and not having to have had such a disruption of moving into any type of care home.

I am now back from holiday and back to work 😊

With the 6 weeks holidays approaching I will adjusting my days to help with childcare.

From July 26th till end of August I will not be available on Wednesdays.

I will also be taking a week off beginning of 7th August 😀

I am now at full capacity and not taking on new clients I'm afraid.
