It’s no secret I’ve lost weight
I have lost 4.5stone (63lbs) in 14 months nothing drastic about it if you do the math it works out less than a pound a week.
Anyone who goes to slimming world will tell you that’s a slow progressive weight loss nothing drastic about it.
I’ve also had weeks where I put on 2lbs.
My eating habits have changed I also exercise and constantly running round after a 2yr old.

September is a great month for reflection & refocus,
with the children going back to school & many of us getting back to our routines after a summer of lay ins & late evenings in the garden, under the sun 🌞

Although I've loved every minute, I'm definitely ready for routine again & a little more structure to our days & definitely MY eating habits.

Although October is just round the corner & pumpkin spiced latte is back in

I'm so ready for autumn 🧡

Taunton Race for Life raises over £64K for Cancer Research This weekend 850 people took part and the 3k and 5k events have so far raised £64,051 towards Cancer Research UK's life-saving research.
