On 15th June I will be walking a marathon in the Lake District in aid of Macmillian cancer support.

Any donation no matter how small will go towards a brilliant charity supporting those with cancer.

June classes might have a few squats! to build my leg strength for this challenge.

Happy International women’s day.

I am so blessed to have some amazing women who come to my class week in week out.

I am inspired to teach each week by these women who put in so much effort sometimes even to get to class is a struggle and a million jobs still to do when they get home! We are a band of several nationalities, shapes and sizes and no one cares if we miss a move or make a mistake we exercise/dance for fun.

To receive a lovely bunch of flowers with this message has made my week. ❤️

Sadly I didn’t have any signal to post yesterday. This amazing team took part in a 12 hour dance for dementia.
Dick and Dom gave us medals which was very exciting.

A very festive crew last night. We all had a lot of fun with the Christmas tunes and the children were fabulous.
