What is a biomechanical assessment and gait analysis?

A biomechanical assessment is a full examination of your lower limbs, from the lower back down to your feet looking for functional anomalies, which may be contributing to your pain🔎

Diagnostic ultrasound is often used, when appropriate to get an accurate diagnosis. Our gait analysis involves an assessment of your walking and/ or running gait, which is recorded then paused and played back to fully observe your movement. This information can then be used to formulate an individual treatment plan!

Big toenail reconstruction result!

A podiatrist may create a toenail reconstruction to make a new toenail if the original nail is damaged.
