Just a quick message to say if you have a date in mind or an occasion coming up, to please book in advance as I hate to have to say I can’t fit you in. I currently have a 6 week wait for evening appointments and a 2 week wait for day time appointments.

I do get the odd cancellation from time to time, so if you contact me and I can’t fit you in, I’ll always get in touch if I have a cancellation around the date you originally wanted.

All foot health treatments include a full consultation to ensure the treatment is tailored to your individual needs. We will discuss your current foot care routine and any concerns you have regarding your feet. Your treatment will then be designed for you and we are able to treat and offer relief for all common foot complaints. We are able to refer clients for further investigations should it be necessary.

Excited to announce I’m now offering sports massage:

Sports massage - is the type of massage which focuses on a specific area/injury and helps with day to day aches and pains that everyone suffers with. For athletes who have larger and older knots that have built up over longer periods of time due to high training, trauma, muscles imbalance or poor biomechanics.

Sports massage tends to be deeper and more intense, it is very effective in increasing blood flow and promotes healing.

All appointments will involve a full consultation, which includes a full postural analysis and range of movement tests in the problem areas followed by the appropriate treatment. It is likely that the issue itself may not be fixed in the one appointment, but it will definitely improve your situation.
