What a pub. What a landlord.

Thanks for everything you do for us and for the community.

The start of the season is almost upon us. Nets start up the ground tomorrow evening from 6.15 and will be every Tuesday (weather and midweek game dependant).

With a first friendly on Saturday. We then embark on a season in division 1 after we were promoted last year. If you're keen to play a game whether regularly or occasionally then please get in touch or just turn up to a net.

Finally, a massive thank you to the best pub in the South West, The York Inn, for the continued support.

Here's to a successful season.

Today was supposed to be our last game of the season - with a win basically guaranteeing promotion back to division 1. However, we fell foul of the weather for the 6th time this season (what a wet summer we had) and our nearest challengers for promotion managed to play and win. Meaning we finish 3rd.

A disappointing end to a great season. Onwards and upwards - hopefully we go one step further next year.

Big thanks to all the players and helpers for an enjoyable season and a big thanks to The York Inn for the continued support and excellent hospitality throughout the year.

Tomorrow we see if we can follow up last weeks victory.

We welcome Ashbritte to the Ford. Looking forward to a game in the sun and a drink in the beer garden of The York Inn after. We will be thirsty!

Thanks to Mark, Troy and MC for trying to get the pitch ready but the rain this week and overnight killed all hope!

If you can't handle all the excitement of the coronation celebrations there is nothing better than watching some average village cricket! Followed by joining in at The York Inn after. However, due to the weather forecast it might mean joining in a lot earlier!

Cricket season is back. Nets start at the ground Tuesday evenings at about 18:30 weather permitting and if there is no game on!

Another season has finished and whilst we were quiet on here - we were certainly busy on the pitch.
We finished comfortably mid table in the league and had a good set of mid week friendlies using 40 players in total! Although we had 11 players for all our fixtures we did struggle at times for a team this year. So thank you to everybody that stepped in at the last minute. If you are keen on playing next year get in touch.

Also a massive shout out to The York Inn who continue to support us and damage our bank accounts throughout the summer!
