Therefore the Sauna is currently out of use until further notice.

Protein and creatine

Protein
Protein is an important part of a healthy diet. Proteins are made up of chemical 'building blocks' called amino acids. Your body uses amino acids to build and repair muscles and bones and to make hormones and enzymes. Protein is also a critical part of the processes that fuel your energy and carry oxygen throughout your body in your blood. It also helps make antibodies that fight off infections and illnesses and helps keep cells healthy and create new ones. You should take protein 15-60 minutes after exercise.

Creatine
Creatine is a substance found naturally in muscle cells. It helps your muscles produce energy during heavy lifting or high intensity exercise. Taking creatine as a supplement is very popular among athletes and bodybuilders. They use it to gain muscle, enhance strength, and improve exercise performance. A couple of benefits of creatine are;
helps muscle cells produce more energy
Supports many other functions in muscles
Improves high-intensity exercise performance
Speeds muscle growth

Superset Saturday

What is a super set?
Performing an exercise set immediately after a different exercise set. Nearly no rest is taken between exercises (sets), only that which is taken to get in position for the second exercise.

What is the benefits of using this training technique?
With super sets because there is less downtime between exercises, your heart cannot return to a resting state during a superset. Keeping your heart rate up encourages cardiovascular exercise, and cardiovascular exercise burns more calories . They also allow you to target specific muscle groups .
