Founded in 1991, Dynaplug® was designed as an easy-to-use solution for DIY tubeless tire repair. In fact, this DIY solution will make fast, permanent repairs on 98% of all tubeless punctures. It doesn’t require any reaming, chemicals, adhesive or waiting time. Simply remove the puncture object and insert the repair plug.

Dynaplug® is not limited to repairing any particular tubeless type. MTB Gravel and Road tyres are all covered!

For all the cycling enthusiasts, Tour de France yellow jersey rider David Millar will be competing in the High Wycombe Cycling Club - HWCC Longwick 10 mile time trial tomorrow night, Tuesday 4th June at 7pm.

So come along and sign up to ride or support and find out what Time Trialling is all about. More information in the post below.

It’s not often you get a chance to rub shoulders or even ride against a Tour de France yellow jersey rider and HWCC life member David Millar .

This coming Tuesday 4th June as per below David will be riding .

We have limits places so come and sign on a ride or come along and support and maybe come for a cuppa and a piece of cake at the end .

Sign on is at Longwick Village Hall Longwick from 18:15 - event start is 19:00 .

AERODYNAMICS
UCI regulations were updated in 2021 meaning our engineers and designers had the chance to reimagine what an Aero bike can be. From the beginning, the team considered bike, components and rider as a system. By considering the three elements together we see real life aero gains. Each design decision was taken to deliver the fastest complete system. Meaning you get there faster.

With the new rules and the previous Foil as a starting point, the team began to design the bike they wanted to ride. Something for the lone rider, whether breaking away from the peloton or sneaking in a solo pre-work ride, the Foil RC has been designed to provide you with every advantage.

Our industry-leading F01 Airfoil Technology ensures that every tube reduces drag as much as possible. Junctions have been reduced and the UCI regulations pushed to the limit. Did they deliver? With rider on board the new Foil is 1m 18s faster over 40k at 40kph — that's definitely a fancy bit of engineering work.

LIGHTWEIGHT
There is a balance between aerodynamics and weight. The most aero bike normally would tip the scales with a bigger, thicker frame — but SCOTT engineers and designers broke the pattern and shaved weight from the previous Foil while boosting aero credibility.

With a better carbon lay-up, a reduction in the number of carbon pieces and joints and incredible attention to the smaller details such as seat stays and seat clamp, the team shaved weight without sacrificing stiffness.

COMFORT
Syncros components are fundamental to achieving the aerodynamic gains, reduction in weight and of course in augmenting the comfort factor. With the new Foil RC, the clear stand-out features are the Creston iC SL Aero Combo and Handlebar and the innovative new Duncan SL Aero CFT seatpost.
