I had lost my creativity and enthusiasm for my Etsy shop which was sad but I’m glad to say I’m getting back in to it and spending more time finding my creative side.
Being creative is one of the ways I like to take time to myself to unwind and de stress and I feel lucky that I can also build a small business from doing something I enjoy.
Check in with yourself... have you lost some of yourself lately? Give yourself permission to take time for you. It will improve your mental health, it has helped me.
