Spot of sunday night babysitting, bored of doing day job paperwork , so time for some colouring

My best customer, aka my mum, asked for some little easter cards to gift money instead of chocolate.
I had a 5am brain fart to use some of my jar shaker domes to make a fun way of gifting money rather than plonking it inside the card.
I created the funky eggs by putting mica powders on wet paper then letting them dry before cutting them into eggs, i love how they turned out x

Todays creations, ready to send up north for my cousins birthday

Finally had a chance to make these super cute apron gift box/bags, i love them so much.
Going to add a packet of seeds in the gardening apron to go along with choc hearts for a little gift for grandmas on sunday from the boys.
Would also be perfect size to hold handmade biscuits.
Will definatley make some more, maybe even some with handyman tools or bbq tools for male gifts and cards.

My cards finished, with a week to spare

Fancied a change from cards.
Made myself a floating heart framed picture using some of my paper stash, i created from playing with inks and mica powders cut into a variety of sizes of hearts and layered with 3d glue to give dimension.
Used a box frame i had laying about.

Saving up to buy a more speedy digital cutting machine now, i love my big shot but big projects like this take forever

I have a love/hate attitude towards gifting giftcards.
They are very practical when you don't know what to give people, especially preteens/teens however like all practical things they are a dull gift!
I have been making these gift wallets in a variety of designs to make them a more interesting gift.
