David Buchanan has been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1993 and has surveyed everything from one bedroom retirement homes to large country houses. David provides the RICS Homebuyer and Building Survey report formats.
He also offers a full architectural service for the extension and refurbishment of buildings, with some new build projects also. Most projects are on residential properties, but a number of commercial projects have been undertaken.
