I’m trying step 3 this week. I’ve been on step 2 the whole time I’ve been on plan this year, so excited to change it up a bit and incorporate more wholesome food into my diet.

!! This diet isn’t sustainable!!

That is the biggest myth around and is based on opinions which are uneducated in the 1:1 plans

Any weight loss will only work if you change your eating habits permanently. If you go back to how you ate before of course you will put the weight back on . It’s the reason you were over weight in the first place

Our plan deals with those issues one step at a time

The first step is to lose the weight you need to and this is not done with just shakes alone , our products range from bars , porridge , smoothies and meals so there is a varied choice.

Once you have lost your weight you will then work your way up through the steps which gradually increase your calories, and replace the products with food step by step at a rate that’s healthy and retrains your eating habits as we go.

You then have the tools to maintain your weight loss.

🎅🏻🎄So even though Christmas is still a while away, we’ve still got Halloween and bonfire night first, I wanted to show you that being on plan in the run up to Christmas doesn’t have to feel like you’re missing out! 🎅🏻🎄

Here is a yummy food hack using the festive bar!

🍰🎄Festive Cheesecake 🎄🍰

🎄Crumble half a festive bar into a glass and pat it down

🎄Make up half a vanilla or cappuccino shake with water and mix-a-mousse (for best results use a blender)

🎄Pour your shake mousse mixture over your crumbled festive bar

🎄Set in the fridge for 10 minutes

Add some festive sprinkle with some ground cinnamon on top, YULE love it!

My accountability post this morning

1 pound off !

I’ve been on plan 100 per cent again this week.

Some may say “is that all you’ve lost ? “, but it’s completely normal to have slow and low weeks every so often , some people do and some don’t . I’ve always had them every couple weeks.

Being in the menopause has had a big impact on my weight loss too. It is slower and some weeks lower, but it’s coming off and I feel soo much better to.

Also, Your body needs to adjust to your weight loss . You may not see a change in the numbers but if you take your measurements that’s where you will see the change.

I would love to lose another stone by the 1:1 Diet Live convention mid November.

All I can do is commit 100 per cent 💪 and trust the process.

This is some thing I completely trust in.
As a consultant I know this diet works , I know I’m giving my body all the nutrients it needs whilst I’m losing weight too.
