So deep breath and put my big girl pants on... This message was always going to be a hard one to write. But, now is the time to close the doors on 'DiscoverCakes' for the very last time. Sadly through lack of interest brought on by rising prices/costs etc over the last couple of years, It is no longer cost effective for me or for you. So, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my clients old and new, for your contiinuous support over the past 10yrs. As much as I would love to thank you all personally, this sadly isnt possible as, there are way too many of you, and for that I will always be eternally grateful, I couldn't have done it without each and every one of you. It has been an incredible chapter in my life I will never forget. So it just leaves me with one more thing to say. This little cake was a joy to make. Cute little frog with butterfly's and flowers. Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and Raspberry preserve.

Sometimes you have to take on the cake that challenges your skills and this one did just that. With hand painted scenery and a free standing road bike. 🚴‍♀️ oh, and to make the challenge just a tad harder, lets add a dog sitting on the handlebars for a fun twist. The customer was very happy with the result. 🎂
