I know I moan at times about the sacrifices made, but tasks aren’t questioned just simply done, as the love for our little ones will always win 💕
It may go unnoticed, the constant thoughts, worries, sacrifices, lack of sleep we can endure…So this day of celebration is well deserved to all the Mums that are here, or sadly have passed…

💕 Love the incredible Mums & Babes I get to teach in class, love watching the adorable little ones grow and develop into their little characters, but must admit I’m a little sad when they get too active to keep coming 🥹
Obviously we don’t want the Mums to feel stressed when baby is on the move and not able to focus on their practice, so that’s why it’s till babies are actively on the move.
Still… I will miss them, but grateful to have had the pleasure 💕

Why do side lying leg exercises in Pilates? 🦵
The “Side Lying Leg Series” trains all those important muscles around our hip joint, the glutes and the inner and outer thighs!
When the leg is repeatedly extended from the hip joint, the deep-lying muscles around the hip joint are activated even better!
The conscious lengthening of the spine also strengthens and stabilses core trunk muscles.
So basically bring on side lying leg series! 🦵🔥

After becoming a new Mum myself, I struggled with feeling disconnected from my body at times. That's when I knew it was my calling to start teaching Pilates and create a space for new Mums to not only move and improve physically, but also emotionally.🧘🏼♀️

As a new Mum, I couldn't do high impact cardio workouts, but I found that pilates was just as effective (if not more) in achieving my fitness goals. Don't underestimate the power of lower impact exercises - they can still give you incredible results! Remember to always be kind to your body and give it the love and care it deserves. 🤍
