I've just about come down from the high of our Festive Market last weekend and after a good rest, I've been putting the studio back together today, ready for some more candle making. 😊🌲🌿❄️⛄️✨️

Come and meet the makers browse the 40 plus stalls and open studios of beautiful hand-crafted bespoke Gifts, Jewellery, Fine Art, Candles Crafts & Christmas Trees.

Grab some original and authentic Christmas presents and stocking fillers in this historic building.

Do you know that Breath Work regulates the nervous system❓

Non-forced, deep breathing with a slow rhythm can increase relaxation responses by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and decrease stress responses by inhibiting the sympathetic nervous system.

There are many different breathing techniques out there and easy to find the one that works best for you through practise. 🌿

The two techniques that are most effective for me are Box Breathing and Longer Exhale Breathing.

If my nervous system has taken a beating through the day or my mind is racing at the very end of the day, a few rounds of one of the above techniques and calm and focus is restored within a few minutes. ☺💤🧘‍♀️

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎄

When I set up this little biz I wanted to create an aromatherapy candle that was beneficial to the mind and body but also be a beautiful piece for the home. ♡

Did you know that it's really important to trim your wicks to 5mm before each and every burn? ✂️

Trimming your wicks will keep your flame at the correct size which makes burning your candle safe. It won't blacken the sides of your candle glass or cause your candle to smoke.

Your candles will also burn slower giving you between 40 - 90 hours burn time depending on which candle you own.

As soon as my candles are lit, it automatically sends a message to my brain to stop, slow my breathing down and take stock of the day.

How lucky are we to have clear blue skies and sunshine today. It's so unexpected this time of year and such a stunning back drop to the autumn leaves as they begin to change 🍂🍁🍃

This is our beautiful small 'Florrie' in a delicious turquoise blue shade. It is so pretty and reflects the light beautifully. It's filled with naturals oy wax and our special in-house blend of pure essential oils from a english country garden.

The beautiful white 'Remi' soy wax candle filled with fragrant, floral pure essential oils to help unwind at the end of the day 🖤
