My 3rd bathroom completed this week all my team really turned this one around in 2 weeks, so a big thanks to all staff & trades 👍👍

Now we got these bad Boi block & beams to get in

Wow what a difference a few months makes, I’m just loving this big open space, lots of hard work & help from Laddingford Steel & southern brickwork 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Concrete poor this morning all went well no leaks from shuttering, weekend to go off brickwork up to DPC Monday 👍👍

Composite decking job with decking lights now finished looking really good & client is over the moon to be able to use this space again.

Brickwork coming up to damp at a good speed considering this weather

New frame work now in place on decking Job as old was totally rotten, also started laying composite charcoal decking looking lovely 🥰👌👌

Popped over to see my Limpsfield job today. My son Joshua who owns is helping me with this one. All demolition work done & great Progress has been made even though we have had additional drainage works which are nearly done & had to move the boiler. So next week start digging footings 👌👌👌

Finally after 2.5 months of drainage hold up we now have the go ahead to build new manholes & drainage pipe work around our extension so good progress has been made through the rain over the last 2 weeks to dig footings & be ready for concreting today 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌👌👌👌

Stripping out totally rotten wooden decking boards to find frame also is rotten, so going to replace the whole lot then fit composite charcoal decking

Finally removed those conservatory footings 🙏🙏😅😅😅😅

Started this project in Limpsfield Chart this week through Offset Architects, site set up & demolition is in progress ready to build a double storey extension for our clients. My son is helping me with this one JMA Building Contractors Ltd

After 3 weeks of careful demolition machinery is in today to start clearing ready to dig footings

Started today on this lovely property going to add a double to the side & rear big single storey extension refurb all house 3 new bathrooms 2 cloakrooms new heating system new electrics, let’s see where I am in 6-7 months & of course weekly updates on progress
