Single leg deadlift
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way

Place the ab wheel on the ground in front of your feet and slowly roll it forward, keeping a tight core as you extend your body into a plank position. Pause for a moment in the plank position, keeping your back as flat and then brace your core to slowly roll yourself back up to the starting position
