Hapi offers Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Fitness & Stretching classes suitable for all abilities, including In the comfort of your own home.
All classes are available online via Zoom with in person classes are held on Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at the Christian centre, Hanover Road. Private classes are also available in the following areas; Beckenham, Bromley, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

Increase your flexibility and range of movement of your joints in this gentle, slower paced half an hour class. The perfect way to end the week โบ๏ธ
๐Dimond leg lifts๐
Great exercise for strengthening the glutes!
Keeping your legs in a diamond shape lift and lower the knees by squeezing your glutes and then slowly lowing back to the floor. Adaption; just lift one leg at a time. Keep your hips on the mat and core engaged throughout

Sciatic Pain
Sciatic pain happens when thereโs a compression or irritation of the nerve a way along its path which starts in the lower back and runs through your hips, buttocks and down each leg. It can also be caused by piriformis syndrome, where the piriformis muscle spasms and traps the nerve. Doing stretches can help in both causes but seek medical advice too if the pain is prolonged and not improving.
6 stretches to help sciatic pain;
Cross legged forwards fold
Pigeon pose
Figure 4 stretch
Knee to opposite shoulder
Leg over seated spine twist
Back rocks/glute rocks
Hold each stretch for a minimum of 30 seconds on each side ๐๐ฝ

Our Story
Hapi Fitness Studio is in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, 12 Monson Road. Providing Pilates, Yoga and More to everyone. In addition to the adult classes we also have specialised Kids & Teen and Autism friendly Yoga classes. Classes are held here 6 days a week, from early morning, express classes at lunchtimes, to late evenings, we have a class to suit you. Classes are suitable of all abilities as options are provided through out. Beginners more than welcome.
Max of 8 per class, giving attentive, effective classes with a friendly atmosphere. We have changing and shower facilities and all equipment is provided.
Improve your posture, muscle tone, flexibility and body awareness.
We also run a class at St Lukes Church Bromley on a Monday evening. Private classes are also available at the studio.
