Happy Monday everyone here’s the class schedule for this week. Just to confirm that The Yoga Station is fully open during the renovation works at Whitley Bay Station, just access from Station Road side as the footbridge has been closed.

Tuesdays class week will be focused on stability and our Ashtanga mix classes are focusing on creating space in the spine and backbends this month

It’s time to close the doors on our home studio! It’s been lovely to share this space with my yogis for the last 5 years but I feel it is time to move on. I have been waiting to find the right space for a little while now and so was delighted to find the perfect new space just up the road in Tynemouth. Very pleased to announce that Thursday morning classes will now take place at the beautiful - same time, same format, just a little bit more space! Hope to see you there from this Thursday 4th April at 9:30am. Booking is via my website as usual 🙏
