We’re a dedicated PT and small group training facility based in the centre of Wakefield in an upcoming development of the old Clark’s Brewery
.
Ideally you’d have a client base to give you a step in the right direction and be able to build on that further too
.
We run small group classes such as Bootcamps and Spin with along side our 1-1 PT and also have massage and acupuncture on site with so working together we build a strong base to succeed for ourselves and our clients 💪🏼

The roll would be on a self employed bases with tons of flexibility for you to work as many or as little hours as you like 😊

So after my freak accident on Saturday (it was like something out of final destination) and nearly killing myself ,I was lucky to survive with just a trapped nerve in my shoulder and neck, and once again… The man The myth The magician himself has sorted me right out , after manipulating exactly ware the problem was! What ever your injury is this man will sort you out! 🤦🏻‍♂️

And again I’m fixed by the magic man

Absolutely amazing this man is a pure genius.. as many of you know I had a bad accident when I was 19 and with out I would be in one hell of a mess now .. if you need help for any injury’s this man is for you .. &wellbeing

Just having a play around with the sound system and lights … we still have lots to do .. but we will be ready for you on Saturday morning

On the move to our new studio… what can we say with the success of sycle building up more and more , it was time to move to a better location in Wakefield along with .health.and.fitness we will soon be ready for you to get later this coming week..
