LADARS operating as G4NOK
G4NOK Welcome to the North Wakefield Radio Club - G4NOK! The shack is available for use by our members at any time.
We meet every Thursday for our main club night at the East Ardsley Cricket Club, just off M1 Jn 41 . We are a friendly bunch, always willing to help and assist newcomers and more seasoned hams. We have a great shack equipped with top class radios combined with great antennas . The shack has four operating positions, each with a computers for data modes, logging and internet.

Congratulations to Mark Moore on passing your FL exam ..
Don't forget.. it's Lighthouses on the Air weekend, we will be at Wold Farm campsite, Flamborough Head..
I am going to help the Cricket club get the internet connectivity sorted.. We will need to help them get connectivity down to the score board area, as they were thinking they could just use a PLT device on the mains cable that runs down there, not a good thing to have next to a radio club, so I am suggesting a vertical antenna on the club building.. and a small yagi (10dB or so) down at the scoreboard on 2.4GHz .. - Robin..
And that is why the cobweb was deaf . No central conductor I think it was battered to death in last storm I am on a pulley now and a wire will replace this it's an excellent balance under terminal blocks so I will recommend vamp feeder box and put away
I cannot fault this home brew antenna which I built as an M6 I have had good reports on it and a good compromise antenna for restricted space
The NOV for GB4FL came through by email today
I was travelling up on Thursday to Flamborough but may have to alter this as an exam on Thursday night
