I thought it’s better to upload the video rather early to have time to catch up!

Repeat each of the exercises for either 40 sec in set or 12-15 reps.
Perform 3-4 sets!
Make sure you keep on top of the weekly challenge:
Keep up with you daily steps
Drink lots of water (you have to anyway as it’s lovely and warm!)
Eat your protein
Do your weekly PT sessions
And the most important ENJOY LIVE!

Good morning and welcome to my first ever challenge!
My goal is to help you to keep active, if there is any injury to address it and dive into the world of wellbeing, fitness, better health and nutrition.
Along with the exercises I’ll ask you to increase your steps! That will help you at the cardio side of the workout.
Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water! Especially during the exercises!
According to the sessions , The first couple of will be really basic and not challenging at all for people who are into fitness.
However, I would suggest, if you’re advanced to make the most of it doing HIIT instead!
I’m buzzing and can’t wait to see your comments and feedback!
