Anyone on my Facebook who creates reels having issues? I’ve created a reel it worked when first posted, then when played again it just shows a black screen, so I deleted, made it again, it worked for the first play, then black screen again 😩 it plays the audio part of the reel but not the image part.

Today is a day to spread awareness of Autism. A neurodivergent disorder, which can show in children and adults in different ways. Some adults and children have much more complex needs than others, but every single person with Autism is incredible in their own way 🥰. Many years ago having Autism meant people, wouldn’t be able to live a full life due to poor understanding and poor attitudes towards people with the disorder. But with increased awareness and the correct support for anyone with Autism, they can live a wonderful life!! Take some time today to research Autism and the many behaviours an autistic person may display. You can help change the world for the better by doing this 🙌🏼

How can you make sure your relationships are in equal balance of giving and receiving? If you’re holding onto a relationship (in any form) that no longer serves you, now is the time to release it.

Letting go of what no longer serves you, will be best for everyone involved 💖

I want to ask you a very important question…How are you? I mean really how are you?

Do you often say fine or okay when asked this question but in reality what you feel is low, anxious, depressed, sad and/or angry.

We far too often get told we need to be positive or look on the bright side. This more often than not can leave us feeling even worse than we did before.

Well I’m here to tell you, that you’re allowed to feel ALL of the emotions!! Allowing yourself to feel every single emotion, letting them flow through you is a healthy way to heal 💖

Please don’t feel that you’re failing because you’re not in the high vibe positive stage right now. You’re human living in a world that can be incredibly hard to deal with.

This here, is one of the many reasons why I use products 🙌🏼.
