Everyone asked us what we have for Christmas dinner. The answer is a free range turkey part deboned (breast), stuffed with pork sausage meat, leek and sage and onion stuffing and then latticed with dry cured streaky bacon, but reassembled so still looks traditional. This year, it will be cooked for us by our son. Do a good job.

As food lovers, the staff aim to make all of our produce on site. This allows us to ensure that only the finest ingredients are used at all times.
Our sausages are made using only natural skins, and come in a variety of different flavours.
We hand roll and press our burgers so not to over process the meat, giving a soft gentle bite whilst maintaining a fantastic juicy taste.
One range of produce we are extremely proud to produce is our hand sliced dry-cure bacon. From back bacon to streaky bacon, plain to smoked, we do them all.
