Its a bank holiday weekend! We're open Saturday and whether it's going to be a BBQ weekend or time for a Sunday roast we're ready! But please note we are closed on the bank holiday monday to let the team enjoy a long weekend too!

Another sunny weekend! if like us you cant resist a BBQ but have over indulged on burgers and sausages in the last few weeks - how about doing a whole chicken for a warm salad or meaty beef ribs with potato salad?

(cook on indirect heat with coals to the edge and the lid on for 2 hours - less hassle for the chef and more time to enjoy the sunshine!)
