recently visited one of our supply chain partners fischer group in Rottweil in south-west Germany. We met with their amazing and knowledgeable team and we were even lucky enough to get to visit the 246 m high TK Elevator Test Tower where Fischer installed around 22,000 of their products in the property which is why it’s a great example of their work.

Finding the right supply chain partners is key and is one of the reasons why we are still in business 20 years on. Our success is down to fostering strong relationships with our suppliers and key partners, this creates a network of trust and cooperation across our business as well as with our valued clients.

The Special Projects team are removing panels from a commercial high res building in London, we will provide a tailored inspection report for our client for the fire cavity barriers. This will allow them to make informed and cost-effective decisions on future planned maintenance works.

were appointed to and the curtain walling, composite panel backing, aluminium rainscreen system and louvres.

The team are conducting a Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) on a residential block in , the investigation survey will evaluate the fire safety performance, including insulation, cladding systems, and the facade, to identify potential fire hazards and vulnerabilities.

We ensure we stay up to date with the latest fire safety regulations and industry best practices and that our assessments comply with current standards.

A facilities management company approached us as their multi floor residential building was leaking and they had received advice and a quote from another company for stripping out the buildings whole facade, redesigning and remanufacturing, at a costly expense to them.

As an alternative solution recommended immediate remedial works including an intrusive survey and then an on going investigation and maintenance plan which will help them make informed and cost-effective decisions.

The incredible team started the bank holiday weekend early by shutting the offices on Thursday and heading to Natty’s Jerk restaurant in Portsmouth. The afternoon was filled with fun, laughter, food, drink and Caribbean vibes.

The day was a chance to take a well-deserved break and to celebrate all the teams hard work over the last few months!

The finish line is in sight at the Western Hospital in for the NHS.
