3 tips on how to stay consistent👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
We all know that without consistency, you won’t achieve your goals - fitness or personal goals!
So I’m here to give you a little guidance on how to push through and maintain consistency!
1️⃣Track your progress!
When we see the progress that we make and all the visual changes in our body, it pushes and motivates us to carry on as we want to get even better!
Track it through taking pictures of your physique, tracking your lifts at the gym, taking measurements of your body and testing out your strength every 6-8 weeks!
2️⃣Do things that you enjoy doing more!
If you absolutely hate running, go for a walk instead. If you hate doing barbell squats then hop on the hack squat. It’s not the end of the world and you’re still getting the benefits of it.
Don’t force yourself to do things that you absolutely hate, find an alternative that works better for you!
3️⃣Set realistic goals!
Set yourself realistic short-term goals that will lead you to achieving your long-term goals! Small wins lead to big wins and they’re easier to achieve.
When we have small wins, it gives us a boost of confidence and self-worth that will keep you going☺️

Things I’ve learnt this year so far✌🏼
🩷 Self-love is the most important thing!
Accept, love and take care of yourself.
🩷 Clean diet, loads of water and sun does wonders to your skin!
🩷 People come and go!
Don’t attach yourself to anyone, learn the lesson they’re trying to teach you and move on.
🩷 Training for better health and to feel good is way better than training only for aesthetics!
🩷 Do things that you like in order to stay consistent and enjoy the process!
🩷 My past mistakes don’t define me!
I learn from them and move on. They’re the reason I’m in the place I am today.
🩷 A consistent morning routine is a must!
🩷 Meditation is a great tool to clear your mind, manage stress levels, increase self-awareness and release all negative vibes.
