Every Saturday in November from the comfortof your front room.
9am to 9:45am - Online.
You are welcome to join either alone or why not get the family to do a session together, starting the weekend with energy ๐๐พ๐ง ๐ช๐พ
The cost is ยฃ8 per session, per household ๐๐พfor a 45 minute session.. Boon all 4 sessions for a reduced price of ยฃ30 ๐๐พ

This is an 8 sessions programme over a 4 week period with the aim to start your week and end your week with fitness and wellbeing ๐๐พ.

SLANT BOARD
The focus for me is to ensure my clients gain their aims and goals of course....๐๐พ
Above that though us 1 major thing.... Injury prevention ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ these slant board squats are my preferred method of squatting for my clients that want to build knees and legs that have longevity and will help us in everyday functioning.
Think of it like this.... the knees is your stability in the leg and if you have minimal range all daily then slip or fall out of that range... you will get injured.... same applies when playing sport...๐๐พโโ๏ธ
Slant boards give you the full range of motion to prevent injuries and build bullet proof knees ๐ฆพ๐ช๐พ
