Hi folks. I'm really enjoying the new shop, but have to let you know it will be closed for a couple of weeks from next Tues, so don't break anything!

Thank you everyone for a busy year so far, but I think you need a couple of weeks to properly wear out your bikes. I'll be having a l;ittle rest while you do and I'll see you on the 10th, try not to miss me!

I know a lot of people struggle to tell the difference between dogs and bikes, I mean they look so alike, but there are subtle differences -
You CAN take a bike out on a hot day
They don't mind skipping the odd meal
You don't need to watch where you walk in case of little "accidents"
There is usually less hair

But, of course, there are similarities -
You should never buy new when I have so many well behaved ones needing rehoming
They can be fun and frustrating in equal measure
They do occasionally need the vet (me!)
They sometimes do embarrasing things to your leg....

Just to let folk know, I'll be closed on Saturday 20th May.
I mean the shop will be closed, I wont be, well bits of me will be, but my eyes, nose and mouth will be mostly open, but not the shop, that'll be closed, thats the plan anyway...

Sorry folk, there are a few jobs I need to take care of so the shop will be closed mon-tues, back to normal Wednesday 26th Oct.

I really don't like seeing Christmas ads this early in the year, really annoys me! Anyway, I have quite a few used / rebuilt bikes in near mint condition if you are looking for bargain "big" gifts for anyone in the next few months...
