Truth is we are going to be busy with a lot going on, we have two choices… Think about how you want to be feeling…. If members stopped staying to group stopped losing weight and then thought the things below and decided to leave.
If you keep attending group fact is your controlling the gains and still making progress... you may not be 100% and losing 3lbs a week everyweek but we don't expect perfection.
