It's all about quality!
I recently had a message from a customer in my Etsy shop asking if I could make, post and get it delivered to them within 3 days. I had to decline because that's not what I'm about. I explained that I think that ever gifts I make has to be good quality. In my oppinion rushing an order through just to get a sale wouldn't be good quality. Her reply was lovely, she said she fully understood, my gifts where beautiful and would be adding my shop to her favourites for the future. So; yes we want to make money but for me; the things I make still have to be the best quality.

It's all about the packaging - When I'm looking for something online especially if it's going to be a gift for someone, the packaging has got to look just as nice as what's inside it. That's why I spent hours making the templates for my packaging. I even wrote the little poems myself.
